Dukan Com Shop ("we," "our," "us") is a small home-goods studio owned and operated by Thomas Nymbergat 409 Reading Rd, Mason, OH 45040, USA. We take your privacy seriously and only collect the information we actually need to run the shop and ship your order. This page explains what we collect and why.
1. Information we collect
When you shop, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter we may collect:
- Your name, shipping address, billing address, email and phone number.
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card number).
- Order history and customer-service correspondence.
- Basic device and analytics data: browser type, IP address, pages viewed, and referrer.
2. How we use your information
- To process and ship your order, and to communicate about it.
- To respond to questions and provide customer support.
- To send our monthly newsletter (only if you opt in).
- To improve our website and understand which pages are useful.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
3. Who we share information with
We share the minimum necessary information with trusted service providers: Stripe (payment processing), USPS and UPS (shipping), and our email platform (newsletter delivery). We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we never will.
4. Cookies and analytics

5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. California, Virginia, and Colorado residents have additional rights under state law. Email support@dukancomshop.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
6. Children
Our shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
7. Data retention
We retain order records for seven years to meet U.S. tax obligations, and customer-service emails for two years. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time with one click.
8. Security
Our site uses SSL encryption end-to-end. Payments are processed via Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We restrict access to personal information to Thomas Nymberg and our two-person studio team.
9. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify newsletter subscribers by email.
