Domestic shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground from our studio at 409 Reading Rd, Mason, OH 45040, USA. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the shop.
Processing time
Orders placed by 12 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. During peak weeks (Thanksgiving and December) processing can take an extra day — we'll always note it on the homepage.
International shipping
We currently ship to the United States only. We hope to expand to Canada in 2026 — if you're outside the U.S. and would like to order, write to us and we'll see what we can do.
Packaging
Every order goes out wrapped in recycled kraft paper, tied with jute twine, and tucked into a 100% recycled cardboard box. Fragile pieces are cushioned with shredded paper — no plastic, no foam, no synthetic fillers.
Carbon offset
Shipping emissions are offset through verified U.S. reforestation projects. The cost is on us — it's already included in the price you see at checkout.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, email us at support@dukancomshop.com within 14 days and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no photos or paperwork required.
