How to start a return
- Email us at support@dukancomshop.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid USPS label.
- Re-pack the item in its original kraft paper and drop it at any USPS location.
- Once it arrives, we issue your refund or ship the replacement within 5 business days.
Damaged in transit
Ceramics happen. If your order arrives damaged, send us a quick photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost — no need to send the broken piece back.
Final-sale items
A small number of one-of-a-kind pieces are marked as final sale on the product page. These can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days but cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If you received an item as a gift, we'll happily exchange it or issue store credit in your name — just email us with the order number from your gift receipt.
