How long does shipping take?
We ship from Melrose, MA within 1–2 business days. Standard U.S. delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days. International orders take 7–14 days depending on destination.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries via USPS and DHL. International rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any local duties or import taxes.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We cover return shipping for U.S. customers if there is a defect or shipping error.
Are your products handmade?
Most are. We work with around 40 independent makers, many of whom produce in small batches by hand. Each product description notes how the piece was made and where.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every order is hand-wrapped in recycled kraft paper and jute twine, with a hand-signed note. If you'd like a personal message included, just add it in the order notes at checkout — no extra cost.
Can I pay with PayPal or Apple Pay?
Yes. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay through our secure SSL-encrypted checkout.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you can't find it, just write us at contact@dukancomshop.com and we'll resend it.
Do you have a physical store?
We don't currently operate a public storefront, but our studio in Melrose is open to visitors by appointment. Contact us if you'd like to stop by.
Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?
Yes — for interior designers, hotels, and small retailers we offer a trade program. Email contact@dukancomshop.com with a brief intro and we'll send our trade catalog.
Are gift cards available?
Digital gift cards are coming this spring. In the meantime, we're happy to arrange a personal gift order — just call or write us.
