Everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship — and how returns work if a piece isn't quite right.
Shipping within the United States
We ship from our studio in Melrose, Massachusetts within 1–2 business days of receiving your order. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–5 business days via USPS or UPS Ground.
- Standard shipping: $8.95 flat rate.
- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.
- Expedited 2-day shipping: $18.95.
- Overnight: $34.95 (orders placed before 12 pm ET ship same day).
International shipping
We ship to most countries via USPS International and DHL. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. Customers are responsible for any local duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. If your tracking link doesn't update within 48 hours, please write to contact@dukancomshop.com and we'll investigate immediately.
Packaging
Every order is hand-wrapped at our studio in recycled kraft paper and jute twine, with a hand-signed thank-you note. We use no plastic fillers and no synthetic stickers — just paper, twine, and care.
Returns & refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to return an item
- Email us at contact@dukancomshop.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders if there is a defect or shipping error; otherwise return shipping is at your cost).
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at any USPS location.
- Once received and inspected (within 3 business days), we'll refund the original payment method.
Non-returnable items
- Sale items marked "final sale".
- Personal-care products (soaps, candles) once opened.
- Gift cards.
- Custom or personalized orders.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.
Lost packages
If a tracked package is marked "delivered" but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbors and your local post office. If it still cannot be located after 5 business days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to file a claim.
