Dukan Com Shop is a sole-proprietor business owned and operated by Stacey Brinch, registered in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, with its place of business at 11 Orris St, Melrose, MA 02176.
2. Eligibility

3. Products & pricing
We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. Colors and textures may vary slightly due to handmade processes and screen calibration. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion.
4. Orders & payment
Your order is an offer to purchase, which we accept upon shipment. Payment is processed at checkout via secure third-party providers. If a payment is declined or an item is unavailable, we will notify you and refund any amounts already charged.
5. Shipping & delivery
Shipping terms, costs, and delivery estimates are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
6. Returns & refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most items. Please see our Returns Policy for details. Sale items, gift cards, and personal-care products may be excluded.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including photographs, product descriptions, the Dukan name, and the logo — is owned by Dukan Com Shop or licensed to us, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. User conduct
You agree not to use our site to violate any law, infringe any third party's rights, transmit harmful code, or interfere with the security or integrity of our systems.
9. Limitation of liability
